Complete These 4 Steps to Activate Your Portal Access
Verify your identity using your phone number:

Enter Verification Code
Enter the code you received:
- Type the numeric code into the verification field
- Code is valid for 5 minutes
- You have 5 attempts before needing a new code
- Click "Verify" to continue
Tip: If code expires, simply click "Resend Code" to get a new one.
Set up a secure password for your account:
Password Requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters (longer is better)
- Mix of uppercase letters (A-Z)
- Mix of lowercase letters (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one symbol (!@#$%^&*)
Example strong password: Health2024! or MyMed#Pass99
⚠️ Security Tips: Don't use easily guessed information like birthdate, name, or "password123". Use a unique password not used on other websites.

Read and accept the portal consent form:
- The consent form explains portal usage, privacy, and security
- Scroll through the entire form to review terms
- Don't forget to ✓ check the box! Many users miss this step
- Click "Agree" to complete setup
