How to Join Your Telehealth Visit

Complete these steps in order on the day of your appointment.

1. Receive an Email or Text Message

You will receive a secure link via email and text 15 minutes before your appointment.

2. Click the Secure Link

This will open our secure telehealth platform in your web browser or app.

3. Answer the Questionnaire

Click “Start” to answer the required questions about your medical history and current symptoms.

4. Enter Vitals (Optional)

Enter any vitals you may have access to (such as blood pressure, heart rate, or temperature). This step is optional.

5. Provide Consent

Please provide consent to be seen via telehealth.

6. Allow Camera & Microphone Access

This ensures your provider can see and hear you. Allow access when your browser or device asks for permission.

7. Join the Waiting Room

You may see a message that your provider will join shortly. Please do not close or navigate away from the screen.

8. Start Your Visit

When your provider joins, your visit will begin just like an in-office appointment.
